At the Pavilion Cinema we are committed to providing the best possible service to all our customers.

We are committed to improving access where necessary and possible to enable as many customers as possible to experience cinema in the Pavilion

We are already delighted to offer the following facilities to our customers:

Physical Access

Level access from main street to box office. Lift access to all cinema floors and confectionery counter. Wheelchair adapted toilet facilities. Level access to all cinema halls, with dedicated wheel chair stance

Hearing Assistance

Williams Sounds hearing assistance. Screen One is fitted with this facility, which incorporates an infra-red transmitter and two modes of reception; a personal induction loop generator, or a set of high quality wire-free headphones. Both pieces of equipment are issued free on loan to any customer on request. We recommend booking the equipment in advance. To book, simply call the cinema on 01896 752767 or fax us on 01896 754118.

Films which are being shown in cinema one during thecourse of the week, are indicated as such with the Small version of hearring impaird symbol symbol appearing in our Showtimes programme Information leaflet and next to the films which will be shown in cinema 1 in the course of that weeks programme. To find out which exact performances will be shown in screen 1 please email the cinema at info@pavilioncinema.co.uk or call 01896 752767 and ask for the Duty Manager

Subtitled

With our state-of-the-art digital projector we are now able to play some films in screen 2 with subtitles. These performances will be listed on our web site and in our weekly newspaper advertising. These performances will also be listed on a web site called www.yourlocalcinema.com. A web site dedicated to improving access to cinema for sensory impaired cinemagoers.

Audio Described

We don't currently show any Audio Described performances. As we install more digital projectors, we plan to start showing Audio Described performances. Watch this space!
