Pavilion Cinema & The CEA Card Scheme
In October 2016 the Pavilion Cinema joined the nationally recognised CEA Card Scheme.
With this scheme the disabled person* purchases an annual card to show to box office staff when purchasing a ticket.
The disabled person then pays full price for whatever category of ticket they are purchasing, but the accompanying carer/assistant is admitted free of charge.
Purchasing tickets at the box office: When a valid card is presented, the card holder will pay the relevant admission price according to our schedule of admission prices. The accompanying carer will be admitted free of charge.
Web: It is not yet possible to book tickets in advance using a CEA Card as we need to view the card to check it’s authenticity however we are working with our ticketing solution provider to enable this in the future.
Joining the CEA Card Scheme.
There are three ways to apply for a CEA Card. Full online application, part online – part postal, or full postal.
An administration fee is charged by the scheme administrators to process your application and issue a card.
For full online or part online – part postal, please go to www.ceacard.co.uk for more details and to begin the application process.
For full postal applications please ask a cinema staff member for an application form.
