Online booking terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the advance booking facility offered by the Pavilion Cinema. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website to book tickets. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

1. Advance bookings

1.1 Bookings made in advance of a performance time on our web site (“Bookings”) shall be regarded as the same for the purposes of these terms & conditions.

2. Booking fee

2.1 A charge of 50p per ticket is made for all advance bookings. This assists with the cost of establishing and running a ticket booking system, and assists with the costs of keeping your data secure.

2.2 In the event of a refund for any reason, the booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

3. Booking collections

3.1 Bookings may be collected immediately after they have been made, up to the start time of the feature film – which is usually approximately 15 mins after the advertised program start time..

3.2 Bookings must be collected from the box office. If there is a queue at the box office, please join the queue and we will serve you as soon as possible.

3.3 Latecomers are only admitted at the discretion of the duty manager. Refunds will not be offered to customers who turn up too late to be admitted.

4. Refunds & transfers

4.1 Subject to item 4.8  below, we are happy to transfer a booking to an alternative performance of the same film, or to a different film, to the extent that our booking system is programmed.

4.2 It is not possible to transfer a booking to a performance beyond our current open performances.

4.3 Once a booking reference number has been issued, bookings can not be cancelled and refunds are not normally permitted, unless a refund is required due to a failure on our part in the provision of services to you.

4.4 Transfers must be done by phone by calling the cinema on 01896752767. Please ask for the duty manager.

4.5 Transfers must be requested no later than 1hr before the start time of your booked performance. Transfers can not be done once a film has begun.

4.6 Any transfer which results in a reduction in cost for admission due to moving to a different pricing day or special promotion will not result in a refund of the difference.

4.7 Any transfer which results in a higher cost for the new tickets will require to be paid by credit or debit card at the time of the transfer.

4.8 We are not able to transfer bookings from or to a performance which is marked as Sold Out.

4.9 We are not able to refund consumable items such as popcorn or drinks after they have been taken away from the concessions stand.

5. Age restrictions & discounted ticekts
